Southwest Real Estate Auctioneers, Inc. is the oldest operating Real Estate Auction firm in the Southwest USA. John Weaver, CAI has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1969 and conducted public auctions throughout the United States selling over $ 2 Billion in ranches, lands, farms, and investment properties. He founded Southwest Real Estate Auctioneers with Kip Kane 1986. Since its founding, the company has conducted well over 4.500 auctions throughout the USA for private companies as well as working with Allied Federal Auctioneers and selling real estate for the US Government agencies such as the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and FDIC.

Southwest Real Estate Auctioneers, Inc. was purchased in November 2011 by Anthony J. Kesman (AJ) CAI, CES a longtime Commercial Real Estate Professional and Certified Auctioneer from OHIO. AJ Kesman also owns Asset Services Group, LLC in Ohio where he was a licensed Real Estate Broker for the past 21 years and a Commercial Auctioneer for the past 8 years. He is experienced in court ordered sales such as Bankruptcy and Foreclosure. He is currently licensed as an Auctioneer in Indiana and Ohio. He earned his certification thru the National Auction Association through its 3 year program at Indiana University.
